The work centres on secure, citizen-centric identity layers: verification that holds up to state and federal compliance while removing friction for the millions of residents who use it to access state financial services, benefits payments, and government platforms. Identity done properly is invisible infrastructure — durable, auditable, and never in the citizen's way.
